Ever felt like you need an afternoon nap during your work day? We certainly have!
Europeans have been doing it right for centuries with siesta and we think it’s time Australians joined in! We are bringing you Lunchtime relaxation meditation sessions in our Mindful Space to help you switch off and relax, and maybe even fall asleep, for half an hour on your lunch break!
The sessions will include
Guided meditation to help you relax and let go of your day
A beautiful space for you to escape and zone out from the world
Soothing music to help you drift off into never never land
Props to assist you into relaxation, including blankets
Refreshments available when you return to the waking world
These classes will run on a Monday lunchtime from early April.
