At Sessions Hairdressing, we are passionate about sustainability. Not only do we only use ethical products, we recycle 97% of our salon waste. Our team volunteer 100 hours/year to charity and for every client visit we plant a tree. By booking an appointment with us, you’re making a difference too!
A FORCE FOR GOOD
Sustainability deals with the responsibility we owe to ourselves, the people with which we work, our customers, and the world in which we live and operate our hair salon.
We measure our impact across 5 key areas;
Since 2015, Sessions has saved 3873kg+ of waste from being dumped into landfill.
Chemicals, metals and plastics have been repurposed and other initiatives include collecting 245kg of hair cuttings to create hair booms which soak up oil spills in our oceans, donating ponytails to make wigs for cancer and alopecia sufferers, and contributed to providing 350,470 meals to those in need via OzHarvest from the proceeds of our efforts.
